How Michele works with you

Coaching can be in-person if Michele is in your area to speak, but mostly coaching sessions are  on Zoom. One-hour sessions or multi-session packages are available to meet your needs. She will ask you to complete a questionnaire in advance, in order to make the most of your coaching time.

Michele believes in keeping it simple and straightforward. Each session will be filled with questions and listening, feedback, next steps, and likely a few challenges around how you are connecting with non-scientists. One of the her fundamentals of success has been to work collaboratively with clients for 21+ years to deliver "tailor-made solutions,"  along with tapping into expertise from working across North America, Europe, Egypt, the United Kingdom and the Baltics.

My approach revolves around helping you communicate science more effectively through emotional connections. Science proves it's necessary. I also believe in practical solutions and that the power of community (in person and virtual) can propel an idea to become a movement.

An outside approach often brings a fresh perspective and I'm not afraid to challenge your thinking.
