What happens when you’re just not smart enough? As an entrepreneur, I used to worry a great deal that I wouldn’t have all the answers in my said area of expertise. Nearly a decade later, I’ve come to realize that’s not only arrogant, it’s a disservice to the people I serve in the agrifood business. I’m still not smart enough to have the answers, but I know a lot of smart people. And if they don’t have the answer – they usually know someone who does.
